09/2024: Extension of the product range for Plastic Dosing Pumps (PDP)
Extension of the product range for Plastic Dosing Pumps (PDP)
Our Plastic Dosing Pumps (PDP) series for the open circuit are based on a constant bent-axis or swash-plate axial piston pump and designed for the delivery of polyrethane components (polyol and isocyanate, e.g. epoxy resin, polyurethane foams, hybrid plastics, polyurea and other media (on request).
There are two different types: a) bent-axis type and b) swash-plate type.
Example: a) Plastic Dosing Pump (PDP) type bent-axis (8 ccm/U, 12.5 ccm/U, 28.5 ccm/U, 56 ccm/U, 105 ccm/U)
Example: b) Plastic Dosing Pump (PDP) type swash-plate (6 ccm/U, 10 ccm/U, 16 ccm/U)
Areas of application:
Wind energy
Shipbuilding
Aircraft construction
Refurbishment
Surface protection
Wear protection
Thermal insulation
Pipe coating
